Standard post $9.20 (because there's only one amount for standard!)
Express post $7.45 (cheaper and much faster option)

3-4 Masks

Undies

Standard post: $11.10 (FREE for orders of 4 pairs = $119 AUD)

Express post: $15.95 (FREE for orders of 7 pairs = $199 AUD)

If receiving by Standard post, your Squirrls will generally arrive within 3-7 working days. Outside metro areas will be closer to 6 working days.

If receiving by Express Post and you live in an Australian metropolitan region, you will generally receive your order within two working days. Outside metro areas may take 4 working days.

As we're a small company at the moment, unfortunately we can't yet provide free shipping for our fabulous customers outside Australia and New Zealand, but we're working on it! 

 

NEW ZEALAND / AOTEAROA

Express post: Flat rate $28.00 NZD (FREE over $135NZD)

Express delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on your region. 

Standard post: Flat rate $20.00 NZD

Standard delivery takes 6-27 working days, depending on your region.

 

POSTING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

You will be notified at the checkout about postage fees and expected delivery times.

  

TRACKING YOUR SQUIRRLS

As soon as we send your Squirrls you will receive a confirmation order which includes a tracking code (for Express deliveries in Australia and NZ and Standard post in Australia).

To track where your Squirrls are at any moment in time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

Unfortunately tracking is not available to our non-NZ international customers.

Postage

Regardless of where you are, if you place your order before midday (Melbourne time) on a weekday we will post your Squirrls that day. 

We will send you an email with tracking code as soon as we have posted your order so you will know your parcel is on its way. You can then check the tracking code at any time to see where your order. Tracking is available on both Standard and Express orders. 

Delivery time will depend on standard or express postage policies of Australia Post.

Once Squirrl undies and/or masks leave our office we take every care but cannot be held responsible for the performance of our partner, Australia Post (which is usually excellent!).

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post has advised of delays for standard postage and no longer guarantees next day delivery for Express Post in Australia.

Due to potential delays with Australia Post, if you would like your order to arrive in a week, we suggest that you purchase Express Post.

Please contact us for any orders that have taken more than two weeks to reach you. We can raise a dispute with Australia Post and replace the items that should have been delivered. We then ask you to return post the items when they do arrive at your address.

 

DELIVERY

Authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place 

Australia Post will either leave your Squirrls somewhere safe or deliver your parcel to the closest post office.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Squirrl will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Please note that orders to New Zealand or the rest of the world cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are set by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

Different countries have different rules and regulations to allow goods into their country.

Via our shipping partner, Australia Post, we adhere to international delivery regulations. It's unlikely, but if your Squirrls are held up due to your country's customs regulations, you will need to communicate directly with the relevant authorities.
